Description
I get an "Internal Error 2738" message when installing.

Solution

This error is caused by the computer having an outdated or corrupt version of Microsoft Windows Script.

Please download the Microsoft Windows Script containing Visual Basic Script Edition (VBScript) Version 5.6 by following the appropriate link.

If you are running Windows 98, ME, or NT 4, click the link, Microsoft Windows Script for Windows 98 Me and NT, below.

If you are running Windows 2000 or XP, click the link, Microsoft Windows Script for Windows 2000 and XP, below.

Note: The Microsoft Windows Script also contains Jscript Version 5.6, Windows Script Components, Windows Script Host 5.6, and Windows Script Runtime Version 5.6.
