Overview:
The installation program for CheckWriter automatically registers all of the required files. In this case where the error is produced, the installation failed for some reason, such as interception by virus protection systems, spyware protection systems, or the existence of undetected virus or spyware infestation.

Resolution
This error can be fixed by manually registering the files listed as unregistered.

Follow these instructions.
1. Click on the Windows Start button
2. Select "Run..."
3. Type
             "regsvr32.exe CRYSTL32.OCX"
    in the text box (do not type in the quotes)

4. Press Return (Enter) or click OK

The system should register the file and respond with a success message and the software should work correctly.
