This is a permissions related error message
and is displayed if you don't have permission to access certain
files on your own machine.
This is often fixed by simply RIGHT CLICKING on the
CheckWriter Icon (Red Check Mark) - and selecting Run As
Administrator on the first time you open CheckWriter.
If this does not work - read on ...
If you are on a network,
consult your network administrator about providing the proper
permissions for you to access your program files directory.
