Billing Information:

Billing is done on or about the 1st of each month and the 15th of each month.  Customers on monthly, quarterly, annual or bi-annual renewal cycles will receive written notification prior to billing.

You will be billed in a cycle closest to the first billing date.  If your start date of service was the 10th, you would be billed on the 1st each month or on your billing cycle date.  If your start date were the 24th, you would bill on the 15th of each month or billing cycle.

Your default, on file method of payment is billed, unless you change your payment form at least 10 days in advance of billing, or mail payment in advance of billing.
