Merchant Account Setup - Paperwork: 

Process for TMS Applications: (Authorize.Net)

Step 1: Complete the application on-line, or by phone by calling 1-800-893-6001.

Step 2: Next fax the printed application to 617-249-0850 - there is no need to mail the originals for Authorize.Net.

Step 3: 
2-7 business days later, your merchant number will be issued and we will send your merchant activation information.

 

Process for CSI Applications:

Step 1: Complete the application on-line, by phone by calling 1-800-893-6001, or send by fax to 617-249-0850, with $99 application fee.

Step 2: Your account will be assigned to an underwriter who will contact you the same, or next day at your business phone number.  

If it has been 24 hours and you have not heard, 
please call 800-893-6001.

Step 3: We will overnight the paperwork to you, for your original signature.

Step 4: Copy, and sign the documents - then return them to us by mail or overnight.

Step 5: 2-7 business days later, your merchant number will be issued and we will overnight your software or equipment with your new merchant number.
