Generic Form Customers

There is no technical support available for generic form customers beyond what is listed at this page.  The generic form is supplied as an example only, and does not include support or help with installation or script generation.

If you need your form configured, please call our sales office at 1-800-893-6001 and place an order for form configuration.  A designer can have your form up and running in no time.

WeHost Form Customers
Technical Support is available at no charge by phone, fax or eMail for actively hosting clients. If you host your form on the server or on, technical help is available by calling 617-859-8998.

If you want to save it to your hard drive to manipulate the form, just go to the FILE menu on your browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer) and select save. 

You are responsible for configuring the form and the submit button.  You are also responsible for the security of the form.  If you cannot configure the form, or do not know how, or if you do not have a secure server and need one, can provide both design and hosting services for the generic form for a very low cost.

Making Changes to the Form
To make changes to your form, simply mail your requests with details to:

Requests of this nature are usually posted within hours of receipt.

Support and Changes Should Be Sent To:
You will get an immediate conformation, and your request will be handled in the order it was received.  Usually within a few hours M-F 9-5 Eastern, and always within 48 business hours.

Charges for Changes to the Form
Making changes may generate a bill to your default payment method, and will appear on your default payment method on file. Changes of an extremely simple nature may not assess fees at all.
